I was told a long time ago not to say or write anything emotionally. I am testing that theory this morning. This is the last time I will write about this subject of the past week, but feel compelled to put something down.
There has plenty been said and written about what has transpired. Many seem to think that Kolpack and I whined enough to get “our way”. I don’t believe that to the case, I saw the amount of people that were upset about the guidelines online last week. I wrote on this blog last week about the things that were going to be affected and would have to go away. That was it. No whining. Just stating what the facts were. I have received emails, tweets and texts that have said “not welcome at my tailgate anymore” or “unfollow for all coverage” If that’s the way some Bison want to react, or boo us when they see Kolpack and I in the tailgate lot, then there’s nothing I can say to you. Know that we have provided content on this blog because we have enjoyed doing it, not for “exclusive access” but because I believe we work harder than the competition. Know that we didn’t get any extra money for it. And know that the content will still be here if you want to come back.
