The first two weeks of fall camp are in the books for North Dakota State, who will hold its first scrimmage tomorrow afternoon. NDSU is a bit nicked up right now, wide receiver RJ Urzendowski and defensive tackle Nate Tanguay are both sitting out practice with some minor injuries, but both should be good for the season opener. Head coach Chris Klieman said after practice that sophomore Jaylaan Wimbush has elevated himself to the starting cornerback position opposite of Jalen Allison, with Quinten McKoy as the top backup. Some other notes, freshman tight end Braydon Lund was not practicing, and another freshman, defensive tackle Cameron Hackl has left the program.
