Dom’s FCS Poll – Thru Week 5

There is some shakeup in my poll this week, the top five stays the same, but two Valley teams fall out, Indiana State and Illinois State after losses. A couple of new teams arrive in the top 25 as we near the midway point (already!) of the 2016 season.
