It’s time for the yearly attempt to see how close I can get to predicting NDSU’s final record. Last year, I finished one off during the regular season, predicting 9-2 and the Bison finished 10-1. This is a team that has plenty of skill back, 16 starters returning, including two of the best defensive players in the FCS.
The rest of the Missouri Valley is an interesting mix. South Dakota State and Youngstown State are very good and should contend for the league crown. Illinois State is also good, but can they be consistently good? Northern Iowa, South Dakota and Western Illinois all have question marks.
