The opening weekend of full conference play didn’t disappoint with some interesting results. The Mo Valley still has six teams in my field, Western Illinois’s close loss to South Dakota doesn’t knock them out of the field and this week’s showdown between USD and Youngstown is going to be fabulous.
Elon has risen into the top eight after back to back wins and looks like a playoff team in the Colonial.
