North Dakota State did not mess around Saturday in Springfield, Easton Stick tied a school record with five touchdown passes as the Bison routed Missouri State 48-7.
Seth Wilson returned from injury to play in his first game and led NDSU in rushing with 95 yards, part of 245 yards on the ground.
Ben Ellefson continued his terrific season, hauling in two more touchdowns, to bring his total to six for the season.
NDSU clinches the outright Missouri Valley Championship with the win and now has a chance for a second unbeaten season in five years.
The rest of the day was a disaster for the conference as Northern Iowa and Western Illinois each lost.
