The 2019 football schedules are set in the Missouri Valley Football Conference, the final season where teams will only miss one team on the schedule. That will change next season when the University of North Dakota is added into the mix, meaning teams will miss two teams each year.
This is also a unique season as teams are allowed to play twelve games this year. All but one team in the Valley will do that, Missouri State will play just eleven games this season. On the FBS front, North Dakota State and Youngstown State will not play games against the upper division. The Penguins will play in the FCS Kickoff Game to start the season on August 24th.
